...if I fall.

I feel like there’s this stigma against writing about the internet like there was a stigma in ye olde opera time against writing in English. It’s refreshing to see someone buck that.
There is? Oh.
So, everyone. We’re on the internet. We’re all on the internet rather than doing any of the other various things that we could be doing in life, like speaking to people face to face, or washing dishes, or tilling fields, or petting a cat. This is not to say that we do not do those things in our non-internet time but many of us, when we have free time, choose the internet pretty quickly. We choose to be electronically connected to other people, and this is sometimes to our benefit and sometimes to our disadvantage, but it’s nonetheless interesting. We want instant interaction more than we want most things. And we want people to care. We want entertainment and problems to solve and things to create. These things are not necessarily restricted to the internet. I’m just listing things that the internet has in it.
Hi. I’m mumblybee, and I’m delusionally tired. Spellcheck tells me ‘delusionally’ is not a word, but you know what? Words are just sounds strung together and agreed upon by lots of people, and if enough people agree with me then it’s considered socially acceptable for me to ignore that jagged red line under ‘delusionally.’ And if enough people do not agree with me, it may not be socially acceptable, but I could change that too.
Unfortunately I’d rather sleep.
